A message just for you!

Do you need career advice and guidance? Are you ready to take a step forward on your career path?

If so, accept my simple challenge

My own career path has been an exciting ride. With over 20 years of human resource experience in corporate information technology and financial sectors, my breadth and depth of experience includes: elizabeth

  • Visioning and spearheading the implementation of long-range strategic plans, reorganizations, mergers, and programs addressing employer-employee relations, training and development, telecommuting, leadership, communication, change management, and recruitment/retention strategies.
  • Designing and facilitating executive forums to create dialogue for key human resource issues such as the workforce labor shortage and top workplace trends.
  • Mentoring project managers and leaders to help them hone their vision and leadership skills, clarify strategies, and identify steps to accomplish their goals.

My experience has shown me that each of us can have an overwhelming impact on an organization's ability to succeed through the most challenging of times-and believe me, I lived it!

Unfortunately, after years of climbing the corporate ladder, I became thoroughly exhausted. I yearned for work/life balance. In fact, with a husband and two young boys at home, working "eight-to-late" just wasn't an option anymore. I decided to redirect my talent, drive, and ambition to reconfigure my career, become a career coach, and nurture my desire for life balance. So in 1999, I transformed my life.

I'll help you transform your life, too.

Since then, I've given career advice to hundreds of people in a wide variety of industries. My clients are often frustrated with their jobs, confused about their careers, and ready to leap into a fulfilling career. I help them step onto a meaningful career path. They get a new life direction, get energized, and find job satisfaction and joy. And guess what! They discover that their rewarding career actually energizes their entire life.

But here's the problem ...

Nearly all my clients tell me, "I wish I had contacted you months ago." Some waited until after they received a layoff notice before seeking career advice. Others waited until they reached the point of sheer frustration, exclaiming, "If I have to walk into that office one more time, I'm going to crack!" They lost precious time getting their job search or career change off the ground.

Please don't wait until your job is in a crisis! After working together for just a few weeks, we'll find ways to alleviate frustrations with your current job situation, we'll discover the right job or career for you, and the pieces of the rest of your life will naturally fall into place.

Believe me, our coaching sessions together will be life changing. Don't lose another precious minute. You must begin managing your career today!
